Occasional holes, for example on f. 1r, p. 12r, f. 19r, f. 21r andf. 335r. Repairs on f. 228r, f. 330r, f. 253r. On f. 329r, a piece of the parchment has been cut out. Two leaves missing after f. 361v. The edges have been trimmed, resulting in occasional loss of text.

Binding
Early modern binding (16th or 17th century) in light yellow parchment with two cloth straps on LCO and RCO. 4 double raised bands and 2 endbands. Head, Tail and fore-edge coloured in red. Spine: Top, in brown ink: ‘Biblia Latina’. Middle, stamped in gold: current signum (‘A 167’). Below this, older paper labels with the following signa: ‘1’, ‘e.30.5.18’. Bottom, in brown ink: ‘127’. Below this a paper label with the signum ‘63’ and some illegible text.
The manuscript probably belonged to the Cistercian monastery at Oliwa (see note on f. 361v) in the 15th century. Thereafter, it belonged to the Dietrichstein library in Mikulov (source?) and was most likely brought to Sweden as war booty during the Thirty Years' War. In the catalogue of 1734 (U 125e, p. 43) listed as no 1 of the quarto manuscripts.
