The contents of the collection follows that given by Verbraken , pp. 220–221 with some exceptions in the order of the sermons and the omission of his items 65, and 96-98. The numbering of the sermons follows the numbering of the respective editions.

The last part of the sermon appears on f. 95r (‘Precatio post sermonem’), after the insertion MsItem 1.31, but in the form corresponding to the ‘Precatio post sermonem’ found in PL, vol. 38, col. 213 and not that printed as the end of ‘Sermo CLXXXIII’.

Several holes in the parchment, though not affecting the text. The corner of f. 89 severed, with traces of stitching visible. In three of the corners of f. 1 and two of the corners on f. 95 are holes caused by corrosion and/or friction from the metal pins once attaching bosses to an earlier binding; several holes extend to the adjoining leaves - in the upper left corner of f. 1, all the way to f. 5 with stains all the way to f. 9.

LCO, RCO multiple blind tooled concentric panels filled with geometric and floral patterns at the centre of which a medallion surrounded by 4 floral sprigs; floral sprigs and panel borders on spine.
Provenance unknown. The manuscript is listed as no. ‘72’ in Jaches's catalogue of 1698 (U 122), as no. ‘21 ’in the catalogue of 1734 (U 125e), and as ‘e. 30. 8. 3.’ in Hammarsköld's catalogue of the 19th century (U 133). The signum ‘23 ’has not been identified.
